Choose a plan on our pricing page and complete checkout. Your workspace is created as part of that process, and you can sign in to manage your subscription, users and projects from there. If you would rather see the platform on your own site first, book a demo.
Yes. Odyssey Advance is a subscription platform, so you will need an account to use the tools, save projects and track keywords. You can explore plans and features without signing in, and you can book a walkthrough before you subscribe. Once you have an account you can manage billing, invite users (on plans that include them) and keep all of your research in one place.
Annual billing includes two months free. Full comparisons are on the pricing page.
A project is a website you add to the workspace: the domain you crawl, track and create content for. Essentials covers one site. Higher plans add more so agencies and multi-brand teams can keep clients or brands in one account. If you are unsure which cap you need, book a demo and we will map it to your roster.
Each keyword you monitor uses part of your monthly allowance. Limits are 500, 2,500, 7,500 or 15,000 keywords a month depending on the plan. Track only the terms that matter commercially, including local and device variants where you need them, so the allowance works hard rather than filling up with vanity phrases.
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel from your account. If you need a higher site or keyword cap, move to the next plan or talk to us about Enterprise custom limits. For billing questions, use contact us.
White labelling is included from Standard upwards, so agencies can present reports and the workspace in their own brand. It is not included on Essentials.
